I’ve spent the past 30 years in a corporate environment, and during that time I built a discrete skillset and I trained with the best—Paul McKenna in hypnosis, Richard Bandler in NLP, and Dr. Stacy Sims in women’s physiology and the menopause.
In Sussex, I ran my own part-time fitness and coaching practice, offering fitness bootcamps and personal ‘behaviour change’ coaching sessions.
In 2025, I made the huge decision to leave my Director’s role in London, sold my house, moved to Somerset and created my own private women’s wellbeing studio. The Little Nook is a space where I can focus on my passion: enabling women in optimising their fitness, strength and wellbeing and women can focus on themselves, for a change!
With a background in personal training, psychology, nutrition, coaching, hypnosis, NLP and menopause expertise, I blend all of these skills to create truly bespoke, development plans for each woman I work with. No two women are the same—so, no two plans should be either.
