Terms for all packages

Clear, simple, and designed to be fair.

  • Payment is in full and in advance of the first session.
  • 24 hour cancellation policy – if cancelled prior to 24 hours the session will roll-over.
  • If cancelled with less than 24 hours then the session will be lost (extenuating circumstance excluded).
  • If training with a friend (1-to-2 pricing), the sessions need to be taken together at the same time.
  • PAR-Q must be completed and signed ahead of first session.
