Simple, supportive options — built around your needs and your pace.

1-to-1 Personal Training

Strength and resistance training, cardio, SIIT — with plans refreshed every 4 weeks to avoid plateaus and keep your body adapting.

1-to-1 Reformer Training

Targeted, supportive sessions focused on strength, stability, and controlled movement.

Nutrition Planning

Food diary review, nutritional needs analysis, recommended macros, and meal planning where needed — without restriction or extremes.

Behaviour-Change Coaching (priced separately)

Supporting long-term change by addressing habits, mindset, and emotional blocks.

Guided Meditation (as needed)

Helping improve calm, intention, and emotional wellbeing.

1-to-2 Training

Train with a friend while still receiving your own personalised plan.

Small group classes (future)

Small group classes (approx. 5 women) may include:

Do I need to be “fit” before I start?

No. We start wherever you are, and build from there.

Is this suitable during menopause?

Yes — your programme can be designed specifically around menopause and hormonal change.

Can I train with a friend?

Yes — 1-to-2 training is available, and you still receive your own personalised plan.

How does nutrition planning work?

We can review food diaries, assess needs, recommend macros, and create meal guidance where needed — without extremes.
